Car with a full tank is handed to the client, and the client will return the car with full tank too. If the tank is not full at the day of return of the car, the price for petrol is charged at the actual daily price at any petrol station. The price is with tax.

The prices are calculated from the moment when the car is handed over to the client up to the moment when the client returns the car. The car has to be picked up and returned at agreed place. Each car has a third party liability (car insurance), personal liability, assistance service, highway ticked within Slovak Republic, green card and compulsory car equipment.

The company is not responsible for clients assets which are left inside the car. The driver must have a valid drivers license at least 36 months.

Length of the car rental:
The minimum car rental period is 24hours. In case of exceeding the 24hours period, the client is charged another day of rental as per price list prices. Long term rental means that the car is rented for longer period than 1 month.

If traveled outside the Slovak Republic with the car, the client is obliged to inform the rental company about his intention to travel abroad. In this case the power of attorney to the driver has to be signed and stamped by responsible legal body.

If traveled outside the Slovak Republic the car will be fully equipped with all needed equipment as per particular countries laws and regulations. We always check all the regulations and restrictions of each country where you are planning to drive. With our cars, you can drive to any EU country.
